I felt compelled to write a review after my experience with the pre-admissions team. I am due in for surgery soon and so I met with two nurses in the Pre-admission team and they were both marvelous. They put my mind at ease about the procedure and were eager to answer any of my questions. I never felt judged at any stage during the consultation, which took about 45 minutes. It was completed efficiently and I felt very satisfied with my experience of the pre-admissions team. They have made my anxiety about surgery less of an issue.
