What I liked
I arrived very late at night by hospital transfer yet the staff were very efficient. I arrived, was settled into bed, given some painkillers and had all my observations done very quickly.
Saw a SHO almost immediately and saw a registrar within an hour - he was in surgery when I arrived.
They fully assessed me, explained things concisely and answered all my questions. They then called my husband to explain everything they'd just explain to me.
Unfortunately I ended up needing emergency surgery yet even though it was rushed the staff were very calm, still took time to explain things and kept my husband informed.
The surgical wound was very neat, healed really well.
Efficient, calming, excellent service.
