My Daughter was admitted onto childrens ward 14 for some planned day surgery yesterday.
I wanted to send our thanks and praise to the wonderful staff who cared for my daughter. From the moment we arrived to discharge the care was excellent making my daughter feel at ease. An extra special thanks to Christine the play specialist whose support was amazing to both myself and Bethany.
You hear a lot of negatives about the services in NHS but our experience was extremely positive and wanted to acknowledge this!
Thank you to all you wonderful Nurses, Doctors and Support staff, you're doing a fab job!
