My father in law was in for 3 weeks, unfortunately some of the staff took it upon themselves to reprimand him for being incontinent when the cause of this was the lack of response to his call bell. For an 84yr old man to be reduced to tears by a young carer is not acceptable. Clearly the staff do not know the definition of dignity. Saddened by this
