Taken in with serious symptoms can not fault care and attention, both in A & E and medical assessment. First class. For outpatient appointments the waiting time is not acceptable, example went to my GP in February 2012, back problem he requested a MRI scan, MRI scan August 2012, operation April 2013, I feel the operation was successful but still awaiting follow up. My experience of care on the wards is by and large without fault, there are a few exceptions. Keep up the good work GWH
