I met with nothing but kindness and professionalism from the staff. When I ran out time on a procedure, the nurse stayed past the Out Patients normal hours to increase my chances of success then when that was not enough time she organised a temporary place on the ward to give me the best chance. When that failed I needed to be instructed in temporary self - catheterisation , what could have been a very embarrassing experience was treated with professionalism and humour and made to appear routine.
