I had to attend for follow-up after breast screening in my home town. I was seen immedictaely on arrival, having been directed to the department by helpful, cheerful staff. The radiographer and consultant radiologist could not have been kinder or more professional, and I was kept informed at all points, which included having further mammogram, followed by untrasound examination and then untrasound guided needle biopsy and drainage of a cyst. Quite simply as pleasurable an experience as any health-related procedure could be!! First class staff-----I would recommend this unit wholeheartedly.
