It's a shame you only ever hear the negatives in the media as when I had to visit A & E at RSCH recently I was treated with respect and dignity during a very difficult time. I was seen quickly and got the treatment / referral that I needed. The nurses were lovely and caring. I have visited the A & E several times and have never had a bad experience. Thank you to all the staff
