"Very friendly and got me the hospital of my choice."

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I went to the doctors about ringing in my ears and my hearing, I felt it was effected.

So, he examined my ears, he said there was no wax in my ears. So, he was going to refer me to the hospital through a new company (TRAQS).

Then they rang me and were very friendly and helpful. They explained who they are and what they did and they sorted me out at the hospital of my choice.

Really great service.
