About: Community Health Services / Phlebotomy

(as a carer),

Community phlebotomy; taking a blood test at home.

Called today to visit service user who is afraid of any invasive procedure. Vale Winstanley did the procedure after a few attempts.

She was excellent, reassuring and professional in every way. Service user procedure successful.
