My wife attended day surgery on 25 June. Although the letter confirming the appointment was not received (Royal Mail!) a phone call resolved the problem. On the day the whole process from reception, nurse checks, anaesthetist checks and registrar pre-op review went very smoothy. Everyone was polite, courteous and very thorough. Post Op and discharge experience was just as good. We could not fault anything. Well Done Broomfield and your brilliant staff.
