Am I special … or does everyone get such exemplary care and attention at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital? You often read dissatisfied comments about our hospitals, but I got first class service from everyone I came into contact during my recent nine day stay – from the Consultant to the Coltishall ward staff, the cooks, tea girls, cleaners and the lovely ladies on Patient Services. I can’t praise them highly enough. What was a painful and emotional time for me, was made bearable (even pleasant), by their care and patience.
