I recently had to have an ambulance in the early hours of the morning to Wansbeck. I was kept in over night and needed minor surgery. My experience from being collected by the Ambulance staff, to the continued care I receive throughout my stay has been amazing. Each and every member of staff I have encountered has been amazing. I cannot fault one aspect of my stay or care. I would especially like to thank each and every member of staff on Ward 10 for there exceptional care. And the 3 Ambulance staff that reassured me and made me comfortable in my hour of need. A true credit to Wansbeck and the NHS.
