Anything else?

I was admitted to the PRUH on Saturday 22nd June 2013 because of a severe allergic reaction and was treated well and given tablets and told to return if my problems didn't go or got worse. 26.06.2013 and I'm ack admitted to hospital early in the morning. I was seen immediately and taken straight through to major A&E where I was seen by an amazing doctor who done everything he cold to make me better and give me what was so badly needed. A nurse then came in and took my blood and inserted a canula and with complications inserting the canula she was professional, caring and extremely kind. The canula eventually went in and blood was taken, I bleed quite a lot but she stopped that and assured me it was nothing to worry about. I was then taken for X-rays, given medication and seen quickly. Moments later the doctors and nurses came in telling me they was going to get the specialist consultants down to see me and I would then have to have a minor operational procedure. all the nurses and doctors who I saw was lovely and helped a lot. I was placed on drips which helped a lot and then was moved to EAU where I had the minor procedure done which involved 4 doctors. It was uncomfortable but not for long at all. I was given my drips and a nurse keeps checking on me. I have now been given an appointment back with the same specialist next week to have all the tests done again to check everything is okay. I am on strong steroids, anti inflammatory and co codomal which will hopefully start to help. I send a long time in the hospital over the last few days and I'm extremely pleased to say I was treated by excellence!! thank you to all the doctors and nurses who treated me, from the X-ray department to the wards. Many thanks
