What I liked
My daughter was induced at St John's and I now have a beautiful, healthy grandaughter. My daughter was on the day unit, the top floor and finally the labour ward.
The hospital was clean, the staff were truly fantastic in all areas. The doctor who delivered my grandaughter was exceptional. Even the receptionist made me tea and toast, having been up all night during my daughter's labour. We could not have asked for anything more.
What could be improved
I do not agree with the car parking charges and it was a shame the cafe was shut in the evening and on Saturday morning.
