I arrived with my 2 yr old for an appointment. When I asked the receptionist where we should wait she just waved at some chairs. 40 minutes later i discovered a dedicated children's play area next door - it would have made my life easier and would have been more pleasant for others waiting for their appointment if we had been directed to the kids waiting area first. The doctors were fantastic though.
"Receptionist not helpful"
