(as a relative),

Our family experienced really excellent joined up thinking when Mum was near the end.

Little Cairnie, Arbroath did their bit and Angus Social Services Home Care did theirs seamlessly.

Our Mum had a 'good' death. We are thankful that the services worked so well together.
