I have only ever been in hospital to have my children. So you can imagine how nervous and worried i was, having to undergo a general anaesthetic for the very first time, for a minor OP. The treatment I received was excellent, The staff are very caring and the whole experience for me was much more relaxed and calm than i had expected, i did not have to wait long for my operation thank goodness, and hubby was allowed to stay with me while i waited,which helped me a great deal with keeping relaxed. I would certainly recommend having treatment at the day surgery unit. Free parking! Now that was a nice surprise.
