I had to go for an endoscopy and was directed into the waiting room. My wait was very short. Then I was taken in to meet Dr McGarva. He introduced me to his staff who were in the room and then we had a chat about my problem.
He then proceeded to explain what procedures he was going to carry out and continued to do so.
Although the procedure was daunting, Dr McGarva's manner was very reassuring and I found the whole experience easier because of this.
I would really like to record my appreciation of Dr McGarva and his staff.
