My mum was admitted to Heather Ward at KGH as a serious surgical emergency and they were really great. The Nurses were kind, concerned, respectful and caring. I have had experience with Heather Ward in the past and they really are very nice even though they are extremely busy. The surgeons (both Junior and Senior) were exceptionally kind, caring and considerate showing a great deal of empathy and care.This Trust gets so much bad press but it's true that only the people who have a problem write in. If the hundreds and hundreds of people who attend and get a good service were to write in, this review site would be far more balanced.
