My dad was in Princess Royal Hospital for 2 weeks from from the end of January to February 2013. He went in with jaundice and we his family was told he would be home on Monday the 11th Feb. At first my dad was on surgical ward and the doctors and nurses couldn't have been more kinder.
A few days before my dads return home he was moved to medical ward 8 (cardiology ward), the nurses were very nasty to my dad from the minute he got onto the ward. When we buzzed to get help with putting him on the toilet we were told they were too busy and even complained to us about calling the ward in the mornings to check how he was.My loving father passed away the day before he was due to be home.
I still have many question I would like answered, DISGRACEFUL!
