Came into hosptial to have op on hand the op went well ,sent home the next day even though ii told the nurse that I did not fell ok (was sick the night before) as told the bed was needed .had to return next day (Sunday )to a&e as could not move arm and in lots of pain was readmitted to same ward and bed ,ent home the next day after treatment that was ok.when I returned for six week checkup did not see the person who done the op( he was the only who does this but saw someone else who could not give me any answers ,had to phone to ask for a personal appointment with the surgeon which I had.had other op in sept same year returned for six week post op the person I saw did not know about what I had done and asked me how I was about an op that I had done in 2011 .after finding the right notes the went on to say how good my hand was and nothing about why I was there for the op that I had just had .i sometimes still get quite a lot of pain Fromm the op in march 2012 but have run out of time to return so I have. To live with that .i would like to know that every thing is ok but do not like to make a fuss as I don't think that I would see the surgeon again and see someone else who can't tell me anything .
