My mother was admitted to hospital on Friday evening 14th June. She was diagnosed with pneumonia and a heart condition, she died on Tuesday. During this time all staff on the ward were attentive and mindful of the needs of my mother, and of the immediate family. I feel they went beyond the call of duty to ensure my mothers last few days were as comfortable as possible. I would be most grateful if you could pass on this feedback to the staff on the ward. This applies to everyone: the doctors, the nurses and the guys who cleaned the room and the chaplain who came to see us twice. Put simply, we could not have obtained a better experience anywhere. Thank you.
