"I was told there were no appointments available "

About: Dewsbury Health Centre / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I have been referred to the podiatry clinic by my GP and contacted them to make an appointment. I was told there were no appointments available and received another letter asking me to contact them to make an appointment.

Tried again, but still no appointment available. I have received another letter stating that if I do not make an appointment within the next three weeks I will be referred back to my GP.

This morning I have tried the number for the clinic again and again but cannot get through.

So I can’t give a date of treatment or say whether I’d recommend the service!

Dear Full184

I am really sorry to hear you have experienced such difficulties in trying to make an apt in our podiatry clinic. I have passed your comments onto the team leaders within the department who have requested you ring 01924 512291 ask to speak with Paul Rhys-Vivian who would be happy to discuss further.
