"I was really pleased with the advice"

(as a service user),

Over the week end I had a painful leg and called the 111 service to get advice.

I initially spoke to a nurse who then told me she had asked a doctor to call me back. The doctor called back within 10 minutes and advised me on what to do to treat the leg. I was really pleased with the advice he gave and the way I was spoken to – not at all rushed.
