"3 months is too long."

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

All the treatment I had was carried out well, and very courteously.

The "moan" would be the time from being told treatment is necessary until the time it's carried out.

3 months is too long.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

I am sorry that you feel 12 weeks is too long to wait for treatment from the time you were referred. However, Under the NHS Constitution, patients have the right to access services within maximum waiting times,. The time from referral by your GP to receiving treatment presently stands at 18 weeks.

I am pleased to note that you received treatment within the specified time frame and hope that you are feeling the benefit of your treatment. TRAQS would like to thank you again for your comments as TRAQS appreciates all constructive feedback.
