I can honestly say that after many, many months having to attend various wards and departments concerning ongoing health problems that I have never come across a ward or department that provides such genuine care and attention.One to one care was exceptional! One member of staff is to be commended for her dedicated duty of care and support, and her lots of cups of tea for both myself and my husband. Another staff member's commitment to patients well-being plus ensuring their understanding is second to none that I have ever witnessed. His enthusiasm for future plans is infectious and I wish him well. I attended the unit four times in total both for iron and magnesium infusions. Each time I felt felt instantly relieved from the detailed unhurried explanations with regards to my anxious questions regarding my health. Therefore, I feel that I have not only benefited physically from the treatment but just as importantly, psychologically as well. I would therefore, like to wish the team all the best in their future endeavours and say a huge thank you to the team especially those mentioned above. I will never forget you and it is clearly evident that this is more than a 'job' to you. Thank you. Wendy Wilkinson
