Not charged as stated. I was there today for 1 her and 2 minutes and the cost was £3.50

I am sorry to hear that you felt you were over charged for your parking the last time you visited the Birmingham Treatment Centre. However, the current charges which apply in our car parks are set at £3.50 for 1-2 hours, so on this occasion we are unable to offer you a refund. Toby Lewis, Chief Executive
