My husband had a operation in whipps cross in 2011 and it didn't go as we'll as expected and he was told he needed another operation 12 months later all the funding is in place by our local pct as he is a out of area patience .but waiting for one person to say yes for the go ahead has taken eight months he keeps phoning and he finally got through to the right people they tell him that they can't put him through to the manager he only as a mobile and they are not allowed to give the number out so unless the hospital sort this out I will be taking it further as this isn't fair to see someone in pain and me being up all night with him and a .e just sending him home because there's nothin they can do for him he just has to wait they call there self a hospital I've lost all faith in this hospital.
