Another user made a complaint about not being able to get a booking for the right time and having to wait, I had to have an appointment every week, on occasion the clinic was fully booked, but all I had to do was get the Allergy department to sign a form and the booking desk would "over book" the Clinic, there wasn`t any need to complain to anybody, it just required a signature. As for the actual dept and clinic itself, I can not find fault at all, if the clinic was full, you just had to wait your turn, but the staff were fantastic and worked hard to get you seen as soon as possible, after having the treatment I had to wait around for an hour, which to be honest I was dreading, nothing worse than being bored, but the staff were brilliant and made the hour fly by. I`ve got another 2 years to go, and I can`t wait to see how I feel once the treatment is complete, but from speaking to other patients, they have all assured me it`s well worth the wait.
