I would like to extend my thanks to all the staff on the 23 Hour ward who looked after me during a 24 hour stay 2 weeks ago when I was admitted by my GP suffering from Quinsey. The level of care I received was excellent and all of the staff made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I would particularly like to mention an outstanding nurse, I was really impressed with her calm and caring manner. A fellow patient had a very difficult night and needed constant attention from them, despite being busy all night with other patients they remained extremely patient and her friendly smile never wavered all night.
