"STEPS Course: Greatly helped me to grow and empower myself"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

I am not suffering from depression in a clinical degree, but was looking for way how to motivate myself and grow past a glass ceiling I found myself knocking against.

This course has greatly helped me to grow and empower myself to achieve better and greater things.
