About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

My recent health care experience from start was very good. It made me feel like a person, not a name on a sheet of paper, it met my expectations very well.

Good that I was able to go to my local hospital and that I didn't have to wait months to see the consultant: ).

TRAQS is fully aware that, at a time of a patient's referral, they may be feeling very vunerable and we always treat each individual person with the respect and care due at such a time. I am pleased to note that you received such care and attention and that the service provided by TRAQS and the hospital did not incur any avoidable delay in deciding your course of treatment.
