Maternity ward is very busy, not enough staff and 90% are very rude and inconsiderate. Constantly chasing equipment to monitor patients. Your always having to remind the midwives what needs doing and asking them to do it and how long. Never any beds available which is why they are so eager to discharge patients as quickly as possible. Total lack of respect and care for patients. Each midwife can have up to 7 women to look after plus there babies, now if u ask me that's an impossible job which is why you feel like your never being seen to and they have no time for you. I could go on for ever and in to a lot more detail about the poor care for women at the maternity ward. And maybe if I get enough time soon I will. But please seriously consider using princess royal hospital farnborough and ask any friends you may know what there experience was like at this hospital, before you choose to have the birth of your baby here. Completely ruined the experience for me would never use this hospital again!
