"Hospital Feedback"

About: Good Hope Hospital

Anything else?

My Father is dying of heart failure,He cant breath ,He is not eating or drinking! He is very weak,he needs help moving from the bedside chair to his bed. His bodily functions are letting go,falling asleep in the chair along side the bed, hidden from view, when he falls forward from the chair onto the floor how long before the non observant staff talk among their self, We were greeted today on our daily visit by the ward nurse, with not how my father condition is, but you fathers had a accident within his pyjamas and you need to take them home and wash them or throw them away. Nobody wants to see this happen to there parent, but we know it does happen, just throw the garment away The Doctor has told us he hasn't long left, When a relative or friend of my father rings to ask how the condition of my father is the ward nurses say he is walking around and may be able to go home! They are completely oblivious to what his needs are not all but most! We need matrons back to get some discipline back into the ward and nursing staff. The daily shift change is some kind of catch up period of the daily ,nightly adventures, the phone can be ringing and goes unanswered, What’s going on in this hospital CCU ward
