Seen quickly, under an hour wait despite lots of people waiting. Emergency staff very sympathetic and explained x-ray findings clearly. Staff in plaster room in orthopaedics cheerful and friendly with helpful advice. Good instructions on how to use crutches. Appointment to see consultant came through post next day. All round good experience.
