What I liked

some members of staff in the onsite shop are polite and serv custmers with a smile

a smile costs nothing !

but makes your day feel better!

What could be improved

enforce a stong NO SMOKING ban out side the main entrance of the hospital as it's not a plesent sight or smell,

perhaps a smoking area could be installed away from the main entrace?

so paitents and visitors don't have to walk through a crowd of smokers before entering!

The Paitent bedside entertainment equipment is poor and is still not set up!

I Feel sorry for the hospital radio station (Bedrock) who has to compeate with the TV and other Mainstreem FM radio stations

Hospital radio is to help paitents get better and keep them entertianed but when under seriouis compotition will the Hospital's own onsite radio station survive?!

(i enjoyed listening to Hospital radio before oldchurch was closed)

Some staff in the shops and food courts were rude and so were cleaners where others are polite and serve you with a smile.
