What I liked
My 84 year old mother was rushed by ambulance to Queen's hospital on Sunday 16th September with difficulty in breathing and heart problems. The treatment she received by the ambulance staff and everyone in the Resus Department was excellent. They were attentive, kind and aware of the anxiety of myself and my sister.
She spent a few days in a ward before being transferred to St. George's.
I am pleased to say she is now back home and very much better after being diagnosed with pneumonia.
On behalf of all my family, I would like to say a very big "thank you" to all your wonderful staff.
