"Welcoming and supportive staff."

At the start of November I accompanied my partner for an appointment at Dr Mukherjee's clinic within the dermatology department at Monklands Hospital. Dr Mukherjee examined my partner and provided a clinical diagnosis of her ailment. This was conducted with a care and understanding of the apprehension and obvious concern in advance of this appointment. Along with nursing staff Stephanie and Liz, our visit to the clinic was much less of an ordeal.

The welcoming and supportive attitude of the staff are to be commended in this regard.
