About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as a service user),

GP very uninterested. Referred back to physio. Very impressed with quick response from TRAQS and with the information and options give/explained to me.

Good contact with physio department at Princess Royal.

Awaiting 1st appointment this week.

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent referral for physiotherapy. Whilst I am unable to comment on your GP I am nevertheless very pleased that you were dealt with quickly by TRAQS. We endeavour to explain in detail the choices available to you and where possible book your appointment promptly.
