"Frustrating"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

sent for a MRI scan Jan 2022. Its now August 2022. No results received to date. Have phoned and phoned and phoned the department but have been passed from pillar to post - when someone answers the phone which isn't very often I am directed to another number. After 3 weeks of ringing I still haven't got anywhere - How do I get my results!!!!
