About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

Admitted as a day case to Hollybank Ward in Cannock Hospital. Staff were very friendly, informative and efficient. 

Staff offered and provided plenty of hot drinks and snacks. Gave clear instructions and kept me up to date with what was happening. 

I felt secure, comfortable and happy with the services.
