"Superb example of how a professional team function"

From the moment I entered the endoscopy department today I was treated with kindness, efficiency and dignity by all members of staff. The very polite and cheerful receptionists started my visit on a positive note. It was definitely not somewhere I wanted to be but the nurse put me at ease and during the procedure I was informed every step of the way what was happening and why. Each person in the room treated me with the utmost dignity and respect and it is much appreciated. The lady in the recovery room was also kind and caring, she made a great cuppa too! I have had more than my fair share of negative hospital experiences (not this hospital) so it is refreshing to actually see a team of individuals who all work so well together and offer superb care to their patients. Thankyou all for your care, compassion and professionalism.
