Uncaring, frustrating, useless Receptionist. It is ridiculously difficult to get an appointment these days. The doctor was excellent when we eventually got in to see him, just a pity that the receptionist felt it necessary to create anger and frustration by trying to get rid of us as quickly as possible rather than assessing the situation professionally, realising that there was genuine need and above all showing some compassion.
