(as the patient),

Today I had my appointment for my third hep b vaccine and blood tests. I was really apprehensive before being called in as the last 2 times I have came for an appointment staff have really struggled to do my blood tests and have have numerous failed attempts and veins.

However my appointment today was with a lovely lady called Terrie - she managed to take my blood with just one attempt, she was extremely kind and calming whilst doing it too! She was very efficient giving me my vaccine and she took the time to listen to all I has to say, I didnt feel rushed at all!

Thankyou very much, I left feeling much more relaxed and calm!
