We are in Hythe on holiday and my son got an ear infection. Tried a pharmacy in the high street who were essentially useless telling us to phone 111. Anyway 111 was unreachable and I popped into ask for help. The receptionist this morning was teaching and dealing with me a holiday maker. The lady couldn’t have been more helpful. Such a lovely calm person 10/10 patient experience! Enjoy the well deserved chocolates!
