(as a service user),

My son has had the most tremendous input from the CAMHS team in East Kilbride particularly Nadia and Monika. He completed a 20 week DBT programme which has made a huge difference to his mental wellbeing and given him a range of strategies to cope with his anxiety. Thank you to the whole team who are highly professional and genuinely care about the young people they support.

I am delighted to hear that your son has benefited from the professionalism and care shown by the staff who provided an intervention that has had such a positive impact on this mental health and wellbeing. In addition to that, he has developed coping strategies that he can use.
