"I couldn't have been better looked after"

I had a cataract removed from my left eye and the lens replaced at the Cataract Unit, Queen Margaret Hospital.

Though I was nervous about the operation all the staff were very good and helpful throughout. The operation was carried out by Dr Blakie.

All the theatre staff and attendant staff were extremely professional as were all the staff I had spoken or been seen by, prior to the operation.

Two weeks on, my left eye is settling down and there is a very marked improvement.
