(as a service user),

I have permanent alopecia and I receive a hairpiece yearly via NHS. I just want to comment on the very positive experience that Tresse provides for a condition that can be emotionally difficult. Tresse ensures a relaxed environment through conversation while ensuring a professional service.

I never feel rushed or pressured to chose a particular hairpiece and at my recent appointment, Tresse took the time to style my hairpiece. Thank you for a great service.
