About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Gynaecology (Ward 32)

(as the patient),

I have had a very positive experience in Ward 32 after a hysterectomy. From pre-assessment to being discharged, every member of staff was incredibly kind, caring and nothing was a bother. Their care and good humour make the whole experience very easy. It was obvious that the staff were a great team, who all supported each other and worked well together. 

On the occasions I did have to ‘buzz’ for a nurse, there was never a time I felt like I was being a nuisance. I really felt they went out their way to make my hospital stay as positive as possible. 

I can’t thank them enough.
